Overview
HUXI (HUXI) DC-5020 Low Temperature Circulating Bath adopts professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. It provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature for the specimen or product, which can be used for direct heating or cooling, or as a temperature source for auxiliary heating/cooling.
Features
1. Adopt a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFC.
2. Temperature range, optional -50~ 100 ℃, high temperature control accuracy, digital display resolution up to 0.01 ℃.
3. Using non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, the domestic circulation system is designed for porous U-shaped reflux to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
4. The fuselage shell is made of anti-aging static spray, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
5. Humanized R fillet design structure to avoid operators being injured by edges and corners.
6. Equipped with a water discharge system to facilitate fluid exchange.
7. Safety protection devices, including power-off protection, temperature alarm, low water level protection, temperature control protection, heating device anti-explosion and Compressor overheating and overcurrent protection.
Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the built-in integrated PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The liquid is driven for domestic circulation by a non-heatless centrifugal circulation pump, and the liquid temperature field in the tank is highly uniform through a porous U-shaped return design. The refrigeration system provides the ability to chill down, and the heating system provides the heating ability to jointly maintain the set temperature.

Notice
• Temperature range according to the required selection of the appropriate circulation medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.).
Before use, make sure that the power supply of the equipment is well grounded and check whether the water level is normal.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet or cover the ventilating port when the equipment is running.
• The equipment has a low water level protection function, when the water level is too low, it will alarm and may stop heating, please replenish the medium in time.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and drain the tank.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
