Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-O2 Gas Analyzer is a versatile, High Accuracy Portable testing device that can support the detection of up to 12 different gases. Sensors can be combined arbitrarily. The instrument has powerful data storage and mobile printing functions, and is designed with safety and Reliability in mind. It has passed relevant national standards and certifications.
Features
It can detect up to 12 different gases, and the Sensor supports any combination.
2. Support the expansion of PM2.5 Dust Particle Sensor, Temperature Humidity Sensor and other options.
3. With large capacity Data storage function, can store data 120,000 groups.
4. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched.
5. Support mobile printing function, optional built-in micro printer or external Bluetooth printer.
Automatic calibration, Sensor supports up to 6 target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity, and has data recovery function.
7. With dust-proof, explosion-proof design, the use of intrinsically safe circuit, anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, through the national standard test and CMC Measurement equipment production license certification.
Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The built-in specific gas Sensor (such as electrochemistry, infrared, etc.) reacts with the gas to generate the corresponding electrical signal. After the signal is amplified and converted by the processing circuit, it is calculated and analyzed by the microprocessor, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen in the selected unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L), which can be stored or printed.
Applications
Industrial safety monitoring, environment monitoring, confined space operation, chemical production, petrochemical, municipal gas, fire rescue, occupational health protection, laboratory analysis
Standards
GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010, CMC metrology authentication (Guangdong 00001052)
Steps
1. Check whether the power and Appearance of the instrument are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait for the instrument self-test to complete.
3. According to the needs, through the menu to set the detection gas type, concentration unit, storage mode and other parameters.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the area to be tested, and the instrument inhales the gas through the built-in pump for detection.
5. Observe the gas concentration value displayed on the screen in real time.
6. During or after the inspection process, Data storage can be performed through the instrument or the optional printer can be connected for mobile printing.
7. After the test is completed, shut down and clean the instrument, and store it properly.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that it is used at the working Ambient Temperature specified by the instrument (-30~ 60 ℃).
• The instrument is explosion-proof, but do not use in extremely harsh environments beyond its Protection Rating (IP65).
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy, calibrate according to the Operation Manual.
• Avoid severe impact or prolonged exposure to corrosion gases.
• When charging or data transmission, please use the matching equipment specified by the manufacturer.
• If the instrument alarms, appropriate safety measures should be taken immediately according to the prompts.
• When not in use for a long time, it should be shut down and stored in a drying environment, and regularly charged for maintenance.
