Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-NH3 Gas Analyzer is a multi-gas detection device that can support the detection of up to 12 different gases, and the Sensor can be combined arbitrarily. The instrument has functions such as Data storage, multiple concentration Unit switches and mobile printing. It is designed to be dustproof, explosion-proof and anti-interference. It has passed relevant national standards and certifications.

Principle
The Gas Analyzer adopts the pump-suction Sampling method to detect the target gas through the built-in Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result in a set concentration unit after processing and analysis by the internal circuit of the instrument. The instrument supports multi-Sensor combination, which can detect multiple gases simultaneously.

It is suitable for various industrial, environment monitoring and safety protection fields that need to detect carbon monoxide, oxygen, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen oxides, nitrogen, VOC, TVOC, chlorine, nitric oxide and other gases.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set or confirm the currently used gas Sensor and concentration unit.
3. Start the sampling pump and place the sampling Probe in the gas environment to be tested.
4. Wait for the instrument Response and stabilize the reading (Response Time ≤ 20s).
5. Read and record measurement data, the instrument supports real-time or regular automatic storage.
6. If you need to print data, you can print it remotely through the optional printer.
7. After use, shut down and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.

* Please use at the Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) specified by the instrument.
* Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh environments when using.
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Pay attention to the service life and recovery time of the Sensor (≤ 20s) to avoid continuous high concentration gas Impact.
This instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to follow the safety operating procedures for the relevant hazardous areas when using it.
* Optional functions (such as Humidity Sensor, Printer) need to confirm the configuration before use.
When storing data, pay attention to Storage capacity and export data periodically to prevent overwriting.
