Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-H2S Gas Analyzer is a multi-gas detection device that supports any combination of up to 12 different gas Sensors, including H2S, CO, O2, SO2, etc. The instrument has functions such as High Accuracy Detection, Large Capacity Data Storage and Mobile Printing. It adopts dust and explosion protection design and has passed relevant national standards and metrology authentication.
Features
1. Supports up to 12 different Gas detection, Sensors can be combined arbitrarily.
2. Support the expansion of PM2.5 Dust Particle Sensor, Temperature Humidity Sensor and other options.
3. With large capacity Data storage function, can store data 120,000 groups.
4. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched.
5. Support mobile printing function, optional built-in micro printer or external Bluetooth printer.
Automatic calibration, Sensor supports up to 6 levels of target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity, and has data recovery function.
7. Dust-proof, explosion-proof, intrinsically safe circuit design, anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, through the national standard test and CMC Measurement equipment production license certification.
Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested in the environment into the inside of the instrument. The gas reacts with specific built-in Sensors (such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, etc.) to generate corresponding electrical signals. The instrument processes these electrical signals to calculate the gas concentration and display it in various units such as PPM,% VOL, etc. Its full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment ensure the accuracy and long-term Stability of measurement results.
Applications
Petrochemicals, environment monitoring, municipal gas, emergency rescue, industrial safety, coal mining, warehousing and logistics, laboratory research
Standards
GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010, CMC metrology authentication (Guangdong 00001052), intrinsically safe authentication (CNEx16.0537)
Steps
1. Boot self-test: Turn on the power of the instrument and wait for the system self-test to complete.
2. Parameter setting: Set the detection gas type, concentration unit, storage mode (real-time/timing) and other parameters as needed.
3. Calibrating operation: Automatic calibration or target point calibrating through instrument software using standard gas.
4. Start detection: Start the sampling pump, place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument starts to detect and display real-time concentration.
5. Data recording: The detection data is automatically stored, and the history can be viewed through the instrument.
6. Data output: If you need to print, you can connect the optional printer for mobile printing.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that it operates at the operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) specified by the instrument.
• The instrument is explosion-proof, but do not use in extremely harsh environments beyond its Protection Rating (IP65).
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, and calibrate with qualified standard gas.
• Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor and replace the expired or failed Sensor in time.
• Avoid instrument from strong impact or long-term exposure to high concentration corrosion gas.
• When operating optional functions such as data printing, please ensure that the connected devices are compatible and operate correctly.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to backup important data regularly.
