Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-CO2 Gas Analyzer is a versatile, High Accuracy Portable inspection device that supports the detection of up to 12 different gases and allows any combination of Sensors. The instrument has built-in mass storage, a variety of practical functions, and has passed the relevant safety and metrology authentication. It is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
Features
1. Supports up to 12 different Gas detection, Sensors can be combined arbitrarily.
2. Optional PM2.5 Dust Particle Sensor, Temperature Humidity Sensor and other extended functions.
3. With large-capacity Data storage function, it can store data up to 120,000 groups.
4. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched.
5. Support mobile printing function, optional built-in micro printer or external Bluetooth printer.
Automatic calibration, Sensor supports up to 6 target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity, and has data recovery function.
7. Dust-proof, explosion-proof, intrinsically safe circuit design, with anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics, through the national standard test and CMC Measurement equipment production license certification.
Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses the pump-suction Sampling method to draw gases from the environment into the instrument. Built-in gas-specific Sensors (such as electrochemistry, infrared, etc.) react with the target gas or produce signal changes. The instrument processes these signals and compares them to calibrated data to calculate the precise concentration of the gas, and displays and stores the results in multiple units.
Applications
Industrial safety monitoring, environment mass assessment, confined space operations, chemical production, oil and gas, fire emergency, occupational health protection, scientific research experiments and other fields that require gas concentration detection.
Standards
GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010, CMC metrology authentication (Guangdong 00001052), intrinsically safe authentication (CNEx16.0537)
Steps
1. Check the Appearance and Power of the Instrument before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait for the instrument to self-test and warm up.
3. According to the needs, set the detection gas type, unit, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
5. Historical data can be viewed or calibrated through the instrument button.
6. If you need to print data, connect the optional printer to operate.
7. After use, shut down and store properly.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure that it is used within the gas type and range calibrated by the instrument.
• Avoid long-term use in extremely high or very low temperatures (beyond the -30~ 60 ℃ working interval), strong electromagnetic interference or corrosion environments.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but the battery must not be removed or replaced in a dangerous location.
• Note that the Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which can be dustproof and water-proof, but not submersible equipment.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly and store it in a drying place.
• If there is a failure, please do not disassemble it yourself, and contact a professional for repair.
