Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-CH4 Gas Analyzer is a powerful Portable inspection device that supports the detection of up to 12 different gases and can be combined with any sensor according to demand. The instrument has functions such as Data storage, Multi-Unit switching and mobile printing. It is designed with emphasis on safety and Reliability. It has passed the relevant explosion protection certification and the production license of Measurement Equipment.
Features
1. Up to 12 different Gas detections can be supported, and Sensors can be combined arbitrarily.
2. Support the expansion of PM2.5 Dust Particle Sensor, Temperature Humidity Sensor and other options.
3. With large capacity Data storage function, can store data 120,000 groups.
4. PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched.
5. Support mobile printing function, optional built-in micro printer or external Bluetooth printer.
Automatic calibration with full software, Sensor supports up to 6 target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity, and has data recovery function.
7. Dust-proof, explosion-proof, intrinsically safe circuit design, anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, through the national standard test and CMC Measurement equipment production license certification.
Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environmental gases into the inside of the instrument. The built-in Sensor (e.g. for gases such as CH4) reacts with the target gas to generate a corresponding electrical signal. The instrument processes these signals to calculate the gas concentration and display it in various units (e.g. PPM,% VOL, etc.). Its full software Automatic calibration and advanced Adjustment ensure the accuracy and Stability of the detection results.
Applications
Industrial Safety Monitoring, Environment Monitoring, Confined Space Operation, Emergency Response, Chemical Production, Municipal Gas, Scientific Research Experiment
Standards
GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010, CMC metrology authentication (Guangdong 00001052)
Steps
1. Check the Appearance and Power of the Instrument before starting.
2. Turn it on and wait for the instrument to self-check and warm up.
3. Set the detection parameters (e.g. storage mode, unit, etc.) as required.
4. Using pump sampling, place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested.
5. Read and record the gas concentration data displayed by the instrument.
6. If you need to print data, you can operate it through the optional printer.
7. After the inspection is completed, shut down and store it properly.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use and operate in a safe environment.
• Instruments need to be calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
• Avoid long-term use in extreme temperatures (beyond the -30~ 60 ℃ working interval) or in high Humidity environments.
• Pay attention to the instrument's Protection Rating (IP65), but it is not completely waterproof and should avoid immersion in liquids.
This instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but it is still necessary to avoid use in dangerous places beyond the specified range.
• Sensor has a service life, pay attention to its valid period and replace it in time.
When performing data operations (such as recovery), be careful to prevent data loss.
• Optional functions (e.g. printer, specific Sensor) need to be installed and used according to the corresponding instructions.
