It can detect 12 different gases and supports any combination of Sensors.
2. Support PM2.5 Dust Particle Sensor, Temperature and Humidity Sensor and other options.
3. Powerful data storage capabilities, capable of storing 120,000 sets of data.
4. Free switching of concentration units, including PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Support mobile printing function, optional built-in micro printer or external Bluetooth printer.
6. Full software auto calibration, Sensor supports 6-level target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity, and has data recovery function.
7. Dust-proof, explosion-proof design, intrinsically safe circuit, anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, through the national standard test and CMC Measurement equipment production license certification.
Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses a pump-suction sampling method that detects gas concentrations with a built-in Sensor and supports any combination of up to 12 gases. The instrument ensures measurement accuracy with auto calibration, real-time or timed data storage, and mobile printouts.
Applications
Industrial Gas detection, environment monitoring, safety protection, chemical production, mining operations, laboratory analysis
Standards
GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010, CMC metrology authentication
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Select the detection gas and Sensor combination as required.
3. Set the data storage mode (real-time or timed).
4. Perform auto calibration operation.
5. Start sampling and detection, observe the concentration display.
6. Data is automatically stored, and printer output results can be optional.
Notice
• The working ambient temperature range is -30~ 60 ℃, avoid using beyond this range.
• Ensure Instrument Protection Rating IP65 to prevent dust and water intrusion.
Periodically calibrated to maintain measurement accuracy.
• Check the status of the Sensor before use to avoid operating in a strong electromagnetic interference environment.
• Pay attention to capacity limitations when storing data and export important data in a timely manner.
