Overview
The KORNO GT-2000-TVOC Gas Analyzer is a powerful Portable inspection device that can support the detection of up to 12 different gases, and the Sensor can be combined arbitrarily. The instrument features Data storage, multiple concentration Unit switches, and mobile printing. It is designed with safety and Reliability in mind. It has passed the relevant explosion protection certification and the production license of Measurement Equipment.

Principle
The Gas Analyzer uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The built-in specific gas Sensor (such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, PID, etc., depending on the type of gas detected) reacts with the target gas to generate the corresponding electrical signal. The instrument processes these signals to calculate the gas concentration and displays it on the screen. Its full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment ensure the accuracy and long-term Stability of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot self-test: Press the power button for a long time to start the instrument and wait for the system self-test to complete.
2. Select gas and unit: According to the detection requirements, select the target gas type and concentration display unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L) in the menu.
3. Perform sampling: Extend the sampling tube into the area to be tested, and the instrument sucks gas through the built-in pump for analysis.
4. Read data: Observe the real-time concentration data displayed on the screen.
5. Data storage: The instrument can store detection data automatically or manually (according to settings).
6. Data printing (optional): Connect or use the Built-in Printer to print current or historical inspection data.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that the instrument is operated at the allowable Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃).
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, but do not disassemble or repair it in a hazardous location beyond its Explosion-proof level.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy, using its 6-level target point Adjustment.
• Avoid strong impacts or prolonged exposure to extremely humid and dusty environments, despite an IP65 Protection Rating.
• When sampling, ensure that the sampling pipeline is unobstructed without blockage or leakage.
• When the battery is low, please charge it in time to avoid affecting normal use and Data storage.
• Optional accessories such as Temperature and Humidity Sensor, please use within the applicable range according to the corresponding specifications and parameters.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
