Overview
The SAFETAK GC90-CO (1000ppm) Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a monitoring device powered directly by a 220V AC power supply, designed to detect toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases in non-explosion-proof environments. The product features corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing, Protection Rating up to IP66, maintenance menu password lock function, and optional relay signal output to connect to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.

Principle
The alarm continuously detects the target gas through the Sensor. According to the type of gas detected, the principle of catalytic combustion (for combustible gas) or electrochemistry (for poisonous gas) is used for sensing, and the detected gas concentration signal is processed and displayed. When the concentration exceeds the preset low alarm point (50ppm) or high alarm point (300ppm), sound and light alarms are triggered.

Steps
1. Install the alarm at the target monitoring location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the continuous detection working state.
4. Relevant settings can be made through the maintenance menu (password required).
5. For linkage control, an optional relay signal output can be connected to the Miscellaneous equipment.

• This product is only suitable for non-explosion-proof environment.
• Please pay attention to the password locking function during installation and maintenance to prevent misoperation.
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure must be kept within the range of 86~ 106kPa.
• Output signal (such as 4-20mA, relay signal) is optional, please configure according to actual needs.
• Regularly check Sensor status to ensure detection accuracy.
• The alarm point has been preset (low report 50ppm, high report 300ppm), non-professionals should not change it at will.
