Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-O2 Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a device for detecting oxygen concentration in non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly from a 220V AC power supply, has a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing, Protection Rating to IP66, and can be connected to a Miscellaneous control linkage via an optional relay signal output.

Principle
The alarm continuously detects oxygen through the Sensor of electrochemistry principle, and displays the detected gas concentration information through the display screen (LCD). When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (19% vol) or high alarm point (23% vol), the device will trigger the sound and light alarm and output the corresponding signal.
Applications
Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.
Standards
In line with the national standard of GB12358-2006 "General technical requirements for working environment Gas detection alarm instrument", and obtained the type approval certificate of Measurement instrument.
Steps
1. Install the equipment at the target monitoring location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the oxygen concentration in the environment.
4. Observe gas concentration readings in real time through the display screen (LCD).
5. If you need to connect an external control device, you can configure the optional 4-20mA signal output or two-stage relay signal switch output.
6. Set and calibrate equipment parameters through the password-protected maintenance menu.
