Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-NO Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a device designed to detect nitric oxide (NO) gas in non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly by a 220V AC power supply, features a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing and IP66 High Protection Rating, and supports a password-locked maintenance menu and optional relay signal output to connect linkage devices.
Features

Principle
The alarm uses electrochemistry principle Sensor to continuously detect nitric oxide (NO) gas. The device monitors the gas concentration in the environment in real time. When the concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (25ppm) or high alarm point (50ppm), it will trigger sound and light alarm, and can output corresponding control signals.
Applications
Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.
Standards
In line with the national standard of GB12358-2006 "General technical requirements for working environment Gas detection alarm instrument", and obtained the type approval certificate of Measurement instrument.
Steps
1. Install the equipment at the target monitoring location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.
4. After the device is powered on, it enters the continuous detection state, and the real-time concentration is observed through the display screen (LCD or LED).
5. Enter the maintenance menu through the password to set or calibrate the parameters.
Notice
• This product is suitable for non-explosion-proof environment, please do not use it in explosion-proof places.
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure must be kept within the range of 86~ 106kPa.
• When installing and maintaining, please pay attention to the password locking function to prevent misoperation.
• Regularly check Sensor status to ensure detection accuracy.
When connecting an external control device, make sure that the Output signal (e.g. relay signal 220V 3A) matches the device.
• The power requirements are 220VAC +/- 15%, and the power consumption is about 8W (combustible gas)/7W (toxic gas).
