Overview
SAFETAK GC90S-NO2 is a single-point Wall-Mounted gas monitoring alarm, powered directly by 220V AC power supply, designed to detect toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases in non-explosion-proof environments. The product uses corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum shell, Protection Rating up to IP66, and maintenance menu password lock function. Optional relay signal output to connect to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.
Features

Principle
Sampling method of continuous detection is used to monitor the target gas in real time through catalytic combustion (for combustible gas) or electrochemistry (for poisonous gas) Sensor principle. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (3ppm) or high alarm point (5ppm), sound and light alarms are triggered, and corresponding electrical signals can be output.

Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.

Steps
1. Install the alarm wall mount in the target monitoring area.
Connect 220VAC +/- 15% power supply.
3. After the device is powered on, the Sensor starts to warm up and continuously detect.
4. Observe gas concentration readings in real time through the display (LCD or LED).
5. If you need to configure or maintain, you need to enter the password to enter the menu for settings (such as alarm points, Output signals, etc.).
6. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal switch output to Miscellaneous control equipment.
Notice
• This product is only suitable for non-explosion-proof environment.
Installation location should avoid direct water or heavy dust coverage, despite the Protection Rating of IP66.
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• A password is required to maintain menu operations to prevent unauthorized personnel from misusing.
• Regularly check whether the Sensor performance and alarm function are normal.
• Output signal When connecting Miscellaneous equipment, ensure that the load is within the rated range of the relay signal switch output (220V 3A).
