Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-HCL Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitoring Alarm is a device for detecting HCL (hydrogen chloride) toxic and harmful gases in non-explosion-proof environments. It is directly powered by a 220V AC power supply, has a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing with IP66 High Protection Rating, and can be connected to a Miscellaneous control linkage through an optional relay signal output.

Principle
The alarm uses a Sensor based on electrochemistry principle to continuously detect the target gas. When the detected HCL gas concentration reaches a preset low alarm point (5ppm) or high alarm point (10ppm), the device will trigger the sound and light alarm system and output the corresponding control signal.
Applications
Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.

Steps
1. Install the device on the wall of the target monitoring area.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the gas concentration.
4. If you need to perform maintenance settings, you need to enter the password to enter the maintenance menu for operation.
5. Optional external control devices can be connected as required (e.g. via 4-20mA signal or relay signal output).
