Overview
SAFETAK GC90S-H2 is a single-point Wall-Mounted gas monitoring alarm, powered directly by 220V AC power supply, designed to detect toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases in non-explosion-proof environments. The product adopts corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum shell, Protection Rating up to IP66, maintenance menu password lock to prevent misoperation, and optional relay signal output to connect to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.

Principle
The alarm adopts the principle of catalytic combustion Sensor to continuously detect the target gas. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (200ppm) or high alarm point (500ppm), the device will trigger sound and light alarm, and can output corresponding electrical signals.
Applications
Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.
Standards
In line with the national standard of GB12358-2006 "General technical requirements for working environment Gas detection alarm instrument", and obtained the type approval certificate of Measurement instrument.
Steps
1. Install the equipment at the target monitoring location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the gas concentration.
4. Parameter settings can be made through the maintenance menu (password required).
5. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.

• This product is suitable for non-explosion-proof environment, please do not use it in places with explosion-proof requirements.
• Installation and maintenance need to be carried out by professionals, and a password needs to be entered in the operation and maintenance menu to prevent misoperation.
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), and the air pressure is in the range of 86~ 106kPa.
• Sensors are regularly calibrated and maintained to ensure detection accuracy.
• Output signal When connecting Miscellaneous equipment, please confirm that the load matches, and the relay signal switch output is 220V 3A.
