Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-NH3 (1000ppm) Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitoring Alarm is a monitoring device for detecting ammonia (NH3) in non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly from a 220V AC power supply, has a corrosion resistant die-cast aluminum housing, Protection Rating to IP66, and can be connected to a Miscellaneous control linkage via an optional relay signal output.

Principle
The alarm uses electrochemistry principle Sensor to continuously detect the target gas. The detected gas concentration signal is displayed on the display screen after processing. When the concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (25ppm) or high alarm point (50ppm), the device will trigger sound and light alarms and output corresponding control signals.

Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.

Steps
1. Install the equipment at the target location and connect it to the 220V AC power supply.
2. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the ammonia concentration in the environment.
3. Observe gas concentration readings in real time through the display (LCD or LED).
4. When the concentration exceeds the preset alarm value, the device automatically starts the sound and light alarm.
5. If you need to perform maintenance settings, you need to enter the password to enter the maintenance menu for operation.
6. Optional external control devices can be connected as required (e.g. via 4-20mA signal or relay signal output).

• When performing maintenance menu operations, a password is required to prevent misoperation.
