Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-HCN Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a device for detecting HCN (hydrogen cyanide) toxic gases in non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly from a 220V AC power supply, has a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing, Protection Rating to IP66, and can be connected to a Miscellaneous control linkage via an optional relay signal output.

Principle
The alarm uses a sensor based on catalytic combustion principle to continuously detect the target gas. When the gas concentration reaches a preset low alarm point (5ppm) or high alarm point (10ppm), the device will trigger a sound and light alarm, and can be linked to external devices through optional signal output.

Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.

Steps
1. Install the equipment at the target monitoring location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the gas concentration.
4. Set parameters through the maintenance menu (password lock) as needed.
5. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.

• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure detection accuracy.
• Pay attention to the setting of the alarm point (low report 5ppm, high report 10ppm), do not change it at will.
• Power supply voltage within 220VAC +/- 15%.
