Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-O3 Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a 220V AC-powered detection device designed for continuous monitoring of toxic and harmful gases such as ozone (O3) in non-explosion-proof environments. The product features a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing with a high Protection Rating and can be connected to a Miscellaneous control linkage through an optional relay signal output.

Principle
The alarm uses the electrochemistry principle Sensor to continuously sample and detect the target gas (O3). The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and displays the concentration value in real time through the display screen (LCD or LED) after processing. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (0.1ppm) or high alarm point (0.2ppm), the device will trigger a sound and light alarm, and can output the corresponding switching signal.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate location and install the alarm wall mount.
Connect 220VAC +/- 15% power supply to power the device.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the preheating and self-test state.
4. After the device starts normally, the display will display the detected gas concentration in real time.
5. If you need to set parameters or maintain, you need to enter the password to enter the maintenance menu for operation.
6. According to requirements, optional 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.
Notice
• This product is only suitable for non-explosion-proof environment.
• Installation location should avoid direct water spray or long-term high Humidity condensation environment.
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept between -20 ℃ and 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• Operating Pressure Range 86kPa to 106kPa.
• The maintenance menu is equipped with a password lock. You need to enter the correct password during operation to prevent wrong operation.
• Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure detection accuracy.
• Output signal When connecting Miscellaneous equipment, make sure the load is within the allowable range of the relay (220V 3A).
