Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-PH3 Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitoring Alarm is a stationary gas detection device designed for non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly by a 220V AC power supply for continuous detection of PH3 (phosphating hydrogen) gas in the environment. Its die-cast aluminum shell has excellent corrosion resistance and IP66 High Protection Rating, which is effectively waterproof and dustproof.
Features
1. Protection Rating up to IP66, die-cast aluminum shell corrosion resistance and electromagnetic Shielding performance.
2. Using international good brand Sensor, high detection accuracy, Response speed.
The alarm system is high-intensity and diverse, with audible alarms up to 120dB and 360 ° light alarms clearly visible from a distance.
4. Provide liquid crystal (LCD) and digital tube (LED) two display modes to choose from.
5. Maintain the menu password lock to prevent misoperation, and provide optional relay signal output to connect the Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.
Principle
The alarm uses a Sensor based on electrochemistry principle to continuously sample and detect the target gas PH3. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and displays the concentration value on the display screen in real time after processing by the internal circuit. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (0.3ppm) or high alarm point (1ppm), the device will trigger the sound and light alarm, and can output the switch signal in conjunction.
Applications
Non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing sites and office environments in petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites
Standards
GB12358-2006 "Working environment Gas detection alarm instrument General technical requirements"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate location and install the alarm wall mount.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the preheating and self-test state.
4. After the equipment is stable, the display will display the environment gas concentration in real time.
5. Enter the maintenance menu through the password to set parameters (such as alarm points) as needed.
6. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.
Notice
