Overview
SAFETAK GC90S-VOC is a single-point Wall-Mounted gas monitoring alarm, powered directly by 220V AC power supply, designed to detect toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases in non-explosion-proof environments. The product adopts corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum shell, Protection Rating up to IP66, with maintenance menu password lock function, and optional relay signal output to connect to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.
Features

Principle
The alarm uses an electrochemistry principle Sensor to continuously detect the target gas. The detected gas concentration signal is processed and displayed through a liquid crystal (LCD) or digital tube (LED) display screen. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low alarm point (50ppm) or high alarm point (100ppm), the device will trigger a sound and light alarm and output corresponding control signals.
Applications
Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.
Standards
In line with the national standard of GB12358-2006 "General technical requirements for working environment Gas detection alarm instrument", and obtained the type approval certificate of Measurement instrument.
Steps
1. Install the alarm wall mount at the designated location.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply.
3. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the working state and starts to continuously detect the gas concentration.
4. Parameters can be set and calibrated through the maintenance menu (password required).
5. Optionally connect 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control equipment.
Notice
• This product is suitable for non-explosion-proof environment, please do not use it in explosion-proof area.
• Installation location should avoid direct spray, strong electromagnetic interference, and ensure smooth gas sampling.
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept at -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Maintain and calibrate regularly, and enter a password when operating the maintenance menu to prevent misoperation.
• When the alarm is issued, please follow the safety procedures to deal with it in a timely manner.
