Overview
SDS-10 automatic spring tensile and compression testing machine is a professional testing equipment of SUNDOO brand. It combines advanced electronic technology and mechanical transmission technology, has accurate loading speed and wide force measurement range, and has High Accuracy and High Sensitivity in the measurement and control of load, deformation and displacement. The equipment is mainly used to load test the tensile and compressive forces of spring, rubber, reed and other resilience devices under a certain working length.

Principle
The SDS-10 automatic spring tension and compression testing machine drives the High Accuracy ball screw through the imported digital AC servo system to achieve accurate loading of the sample (such as spring). The system performs stretching or compression operations according to the set speed (range 0.5~ 500mm/min) and mode (such as fixed force, positioning shift, etc.), and the High Accuracy Sensor real-time measurement of force value and displacement, and displays the data synchronously with the process Linear dispersion on the TFT true color screen, and finally completes the testing and analysis of the mechanical properties of the resilience device.
