SDS-100 automatic spring tensile and compression testing machine is a professional equipment of SUNDOO brand. It combines electronic technology and mechanical transmission, has accurate loading speed and force measurement range, and has High Accuracy and Sensitivity for measurement and control of load, deformation and displacement. The equipment is mainly suitable for load testing of tensile and compressive forces of spring, rubber, reed and other resilience devices under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine drives the High Accuracy ball screw through an imported digital AC servo system to achieve accurate loading of spring and other resilience devices. The system uses High Accuracy Sensor measurement force value, and cooperates with the displacement measurement system to stretch or compress the sample within the set speed range (0.5~ 500mm/min). During the test process, the load, deformation, displacement and other data are collected, processed and displayed in real time on the TFT true color screen to meet different test needs through a variety of preset test modes.
