SDS-1000 automatic spring tensile and compression testing machine is a professional equipment of SUNDOO brand. It combines advanced electronic technology and mechanical transmission technology, has accurate loading speed and wide force measurement range, and shows High Accuracy and High Sensitivity in the measurement and control of load, deformation and displacement. The equipment is mainly used to load test the tensile and compressive forces of spring, rubber, reed and other resilience devices under a certain working length.

Principle
The SDS-1000 automatic spring tensile and compression testing machine realizes accurate loading speed control of the sample through its High Accuracy ball screw and imported digital AC servo system. During the test, the equipment uses the High Accuracy Sensor to measure the load, deformation and displacement data in real time, and displays these data in the form of numerical values and Linear dispersion on the TFT true color screen to complete the accurate testing and analysis of the tensile and compressive forces of spring and other resilience devices.
