Overview
Shanghai HUXI (HUXI) pilot high shear dispersion Mulser HR-60Z (manual lift) is a device specially designed for pilot, simulated production and small batch production in factories. Its standard working head adopts claw structure, and can freely replace the suitable stator and rotor according to different material and process requirements to achieve multi-functional processing.

Principle
The equipment drives the replaceable stator and rotor working head at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed variable frequency motor to generate a strong shear force. The material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact and tear in the narrow gap of the working head, so as to achieve the process purposes of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing or grinding.

Steps
1. According to the material and process requirements, select and install the appropriate working head (stator and rotor).
2. Lift the equipment to the appropriate working height.
3. Start the device and adjust it to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
4. Dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other process operations, Continuous Operating Time can reach 8 hours.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, raise the working head, and clean it.
Notice
● Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 80%, please use in the specified environment.
The maximum processing viscosity of the equipment is 5000cp, please do not use it beyond the limit.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the load condition.
● The working head material is SS316L, please confirm its applicability according to the material characteristics.
The lifting method is manual lifting, please pay attention to safety during operation.
● Device weight is about 35Kg, handling and installation need to pay attention.
