Overview
HUXI HR-90Z (Manual Lift) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is a device specially designed for pilot, simulated production and small batch production in factories. Its standard working head adopts a claw structure, which can freely replace the suitable stator and rotor according to different material and process requirements to achieve multi-functional processing.

Principle
The device drives the working head (stator and rotor) of the claw structure to swirl/spin at high speed through a high-speed variable frequency motor, generating strong shear force, Impact force and turbulence. The material is subjected to high-frequency mechanical action in the narrow gap of the working head, so as to achieve process effects such as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing.

Steps
1. According to the material and process requirements, select and install the appropriate working head (stator and rotor).
2. Place the device on a stable workbench or base and connect it to a 220V 50HZ power supply.
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the manual lifting device and immerse it in the material to be processed.
4. Start the device and set the required Rotation speed (300-3600rpm range) through the variable frequency governor.
5. Start processing materials, Continuous Operating Time up to 8 hours.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the power supply, raise the working head, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment should be between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
The maximum processing viscosity of the material should not exceed 5000cp.
Equipment has an overload protection function, but it should be avoided from overloading for a long time.
• The material of the working head is SS316L and the material of the bearing is PTFE. Please ensure that the processing materials are compatible with it.
• The lifting method is manual lifting, please pay attention to smooth operation.
• Device weight about 50Kg, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
• Encasement is a wooden box, please be careful when unpacking to avoid damage to the equipment.
