Overview
HUXI MD200-1 Nitrogen blowing instrument is an instrument for condensing prepative of large quantities of samples, mainly used in sample preparation in screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis. By blowing nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is quickly evaporated and separated, the sample is condensed without oxygen, and the sample is kept pure. It has the characteristics of time saving, easy operation and fast operation.
Features
Each purge needle can be independently controlled, with 12 airway control switches, ensuring no waste of gas.
2. The heater quickly and effectively heats the sample to the evaporation temperature, and the gas is blown from the gas chamber to the surface of the solution through the air needle to promote the rapid evaporation of the solution and the condensation of the sample.
3. The entire working system is composed of an adjustable gas chamber and heater.
4. The position of the air needle in the air chamber can be changed to make it suitable for different testtubes, and the standard air needle length is 150mm.
5. The height of the gas chamber can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent liquid level. When condensing toxic solvents, the whole system can be placed in the ventilated cabinet.
6. Automatic fault detection and alarm function.
7. Standard with air chamber and special adjustable bracket.
8. Built-in over-temperature protection device.
9. Instant temperature display and time decreasing display.
Principle
Nitrogen blowing instrument by blowing nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is quickly evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen-free condensation of the sample and keep the sample purer. Using Nitrogen blowing instrument instead of the commonly used Rotary evaporator to condense can condense dozens of samples at the same time, greatly shortening the sample preparation time.
Applications
Sample preparation for screening, hormone analysis, liquid, gas and mass spectrometry
Steps
1. Place the sample in the instrument and adjust the height of the air chamber and the position of the air needle as needed.
2. Set the heating temperature and time parameters.
3. Turn on the nitrogen supply and adjust the gas flow.
4. Start the instrument and start the condensing process.
5. Monitor the display of temperature and time to ensure normal operation.
Notice
• When condensing toxic solvents, the entire system should be placed in a ventilated cabinet.
• Check the gas pressure and flow rate before operation to ensure that the maximum intake pressure does not exceed 0.1 MPa.
• Pay attention to the function of the over-temperature protection device to avoid overheating.
• Clean the instrument in time after use to keep the air needle and module clean.
