Overview
HUXI MD200-2 dry Nitrogen blowing instrument is mainly used for condensing prepative of large quantities of samples, such as sample preparation in screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis. The instrument realizes rapid condensation of samples by nitrogen purge and heating, which is efficient and time-saving, and can process multiple samples simultaneously.

Principle
By blowing nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is rapidly evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen-free condensation of the sample and keep the sample purer.

Steps
1. Adjust the air needle position according to the testtube type
2. Adjust the height of the gas chamber according to the height of the solvent liquid level
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Turn on the nitrogen supply and adjust the flow rate
5. Start the heating and purging program
6. Monitor condensing process until completion
