Overview
HUXI HB-20 corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage vacuum pump with gas medium. All its gas contact parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has high corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. It can completely replace water circulation pumps and is suitable for the treatment of corrosion gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
Features
1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: special diaphragm (diaphragm surface composite PTFE coating) and pump head design, all joints and pipelines and other gas contact parts are imported PTFE materials, which can resist most corrosion gases; electrical switches and shells do anti-corrosion treatment, transmission and circuit parts use corrosion-resistant materials to form a closed space, suitable for corrosion environments.
2. Pollution-free, maintenance-free: complete solvent recovery can be achieved, eliminating organic solvent pollution; it is a dry pump without water and oil, without regular cleaning, pipe changing, water changing and other maintenance work, to achieve 100% maintenance-free.
3. Low noise, low vibration: using motor direct drive power transmission, no intermediate transmission parts, combined with the low stroke characteristics of the diaphragm, the noise is kept below 70dB.
4. Overheating protection: Equipped with temperature protection switch, automatic shutdown when the temperature is too high, start by yourself after chilling down to ensure Stability and safety.
Principle
The product is a two-stage diaphragm vacuum pump, which drives the reciprocating motion of the composite diaphragm through the direct drive of the motor to change the volume of the pump chamber to generate vacuum or pressure. All flow channels in contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant PTFE material to ensure the safe treatment of corrosion gases.

Notice
• Working Medium and Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• environment relative humidity should be less than 80%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
• Note that the maximum operating pressure of the pump is 1 bar to avoid overpressure operation.
• The product is equipped with a solid discharge valve and needs to be used according to specifications.
