Overview
HUXI HB-20B corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage Vacuumpump with a gas medium. All parts in contact with the gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has high corrosion resistance and can completely replace the water circulation pump. It is suitable for the treatment of corrosive gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
Features
1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: special diaphragm and pump head design are used, all joints and pipelines are imported PTFE materials, which are resistant to most corrosive gases; electrical switches and shells are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the transmission mechanism and circuit parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials to form a closed space.
2. Pollution-free, maintenance-free: achieve complete recovery of solvents, eliminate organic solvent pollution; no water and no oil dry pump, no need for regular cleaning, pipe changing, water changing and other maintenance, 100% maintenance-free.
3. Low noise, low vibration: motor direct drive power transmission, no intermediate transmission parts, diaphragm low stroke, low noise, noise is kept below 70dB.
4. Overheating protection: equipped with temperature protection switch, automatic shutdown when the temperature is too high, start by yourself after chilling down to ensure system stability and safety.
Principle
The corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump adopts a two-stage pump design, which drives the diaphragm movement through the direct-drive power transmission of the motor to realize gas suction; all the parts in contact with the gas are made of PTFE material to ensure corrosion resistance; the diaphragm low-stroke operation, combined with the temperature protection mechanism, guarantees the stable operation of the pump in the corrosive environment.
Applications
Chemical, petrochemical and other industries for the treatment of corrosive gases, oil filtration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid extraction
