Overview
HUXI HB-40B corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with a gas medium. All parts in contact with the gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has a high degree of corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. It can completely replace water circulation pumps and is suitable for the treatment of corrosive gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries.

1. Principle

Steps
1. Connect the power supply: use a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Connection interface: Use the 10mm interface to connect the system.
3. Start the pump: Turn on the power switch and the pump starts to work.
4. Monitor operation: Observe the vacuum gauge and temperature to ensure that it is within the allowable range (Vacuum Level 6-8mbar, temperature 5 ° C to 40 ° C).
5. Downtime: Turn off the power after the work is completed.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V/50Hz.
• Medium and Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• environment relative humidity should be less than 80%.
• The pump will automatically stop when it overheats, and it needs to start by itself after chilling down.
• Avoid use under conditions exceeding the maximum operating pressure by 1 bar.
• Regularly check the running status of the pump to ensure that there is no abnormal noise or vibration.
