Overview
HUXI SHB-IIIA circulating water Vacuumpump is a new multi-purpose Vacuumpump designed with circulating water as working fluid and using the principle of jet generation of negative pressure. It provides vacuum conditions for chemical laboratories and can provide circulating chilled down water to reaction devices. Widely used in evaporation, distillation, crystallization, filtrate, decompression, biochemistry and other operations, it is an ideal equipment for laboratories in Universities & colleges, chemical industry, Food processing and other fields.
Features
1. Small size, light weight and beautiful Appearance.
2. The core part of the motor is made of high-quality stainless steel shaft core, which greatly increases the durability of the product.
3. Special fluid muffler, reduce the gas in the water, make the Vacuum Level higher and more stable; reduce gas-liquid friction, reduce noise.
4. Dual taps and dual displays can be used alone or in combination to increase the variety of use.
5. Appearance ABS engineering plastic integrated molding, more stable structure, lower impedance, with higher operating efficiency.
6. Local sealing treatment, with oxidation resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance.
Principle
The circulating water type multi-purpose Vacuumpump uses circulating water as the working fluid, uses the principle of jet generating negative pressure, provides vacuum conditions for the chemical laboratory, and can provide circulating chilled down water to the reaction device.
Applications
Evaporation, distillation, crystallization, filtrating, decompression, biochemical and other operations, Universities & colleges, Chemical, Food processing and other fields laboratories
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage matches (1-110V, 60Hz or 220-240V, 50/60Hz).
2. Check the water tank level to ensure sufficient circulating water.
3. Connect the air extraction head as required, which can be used alone or in combination.
4. Start the equipment and observe the vacuum gauge display to ensure that the Vacuum Level is stable.
5. During use, pay attention to the operating status of the equipment and adjust it in a timely manner.
6. After use, turn off the power and disconnect.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency matches before use to avoid voltage incompatibility.
• Ensure that the water level of the water tank is sufficient to prevent dry operation from damaging the equipment.
• Regularly inspect sealing components to prevent leakage from affecting Vacuum Levels.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high temperature or high voltage components.
• Keep the equipment well ventilated during operation to reduce the impact of noise.
• When not in use for a long time, the water tank should be emptied to prevent corrosion.
