Overview
HUXI 2XZ-2 rotary vane Vacuumpump is a basic equipment used to remove gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump, and titanium pump. The pump adopts low noise design and precision processing, and is equipped with a special gas ballast valve. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and easy start.

Principle
Vacuumpump through the swirl/spin vane in the pump chamber to form a volume change, to achieve the sealing container gas extraction, to achieve a vacuum state.

Steps
1. Check the pump body and connecting parts
2. Connect the power supply (380V)
3. Start the pump
4. Monitor operating status
5. Turn off the power after completing the work

• Check whether the Power frequency meets the 380V requirement before use
• Regularly check the pump oil status to prevent water mixing
• Pay attention to the running noise of the pump and keep it within the normal range
• Make sure the air inlet connection is well sealed
• Regular maintenance to extend service life
