Overview
HUXI 2XZ-4 rotary vane Vacuumpump is the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealed containers. It can be used alone or as a pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps or titanium pumps. It is suitable for a variety of vacuum operations and supporting applications.

Principle
Vacuumpump swirl/spin vane in the pump cavity to form a vacuum, the gas in the sealing container extraction, to achieve a vacuum environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 380V.
2. Check that the diameter of the air inlet is φ 30mm to ensure that the connection is correct.
3. Start the pump and observe the operating status.
4. Adjust or maintain the pump oil as needed, with an oil capacity of 1L.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Regularly check the pump oil to prevent water mixing and prolong the service life.
Pay attention to the noise level and keep it below 68dB (A).
• Check the interface type before use to ensure correct connection of small diameter adapter, KF interface or flange interface.
