Overview
HUXI 2XZ-2B rotary vane Vacuumpump is the basic equipment for pumping gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump and titanium pump. The pump has the characteristics of high pumping efficiency, high Ultimate vacuum degree and long service life.
Features
1. Prepare a special designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
2. Specially equipped with Vacuum oven, lyophilizer, printing machinery, coating machine, glove box, refrigerator assembly line, lighting, etc
3. Equipped with automatic anti-return oil check valve
4. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface

6. When the suction contains steam, particles, corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment such as condensers and dust collectors need to be installed at the air inlet
Principle
The rotary vane Vacuumpump removes the gas from the sealing container through swirl/spin blades to achieve a vacuum environment. Equipped with a gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing, and an automatic anti-return oil check valve ensures the normal operation of the pump.

Steps
1. Check the integrity of the pump body and accessories
2. Connect the power supply (380V)
3. Install the corresponding interface (small diameter adapter, KF interface or flange interface)
4. Start the pump for pumping operation
5. When pumping steam, particles and corrosive gases, condensers, dust collectors and other auxiliary equipment need to be installed
Notice
When pumping gases containing vapors, particles, and corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment must be installed at the air inlet
Regularly check the pump oil status to prevent water mixing
● Power frequency is 380V
● Note that the operating noise value of the pump does not exceed 65dB (A)
