Overview
HUXI 2XZ-8B rotary vane Vacuumpump is a basic equipment used to remove gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or as a front pump of booster pump, diffusion pump and molecular pump. It has the characteristics of high pumping efficiency, high vacuum degree and long service life.
Features
1. Prepare a special designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
2. Equipped with automatic anti-return oil check valve
3. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface
4. High extraction efficiency, Ultimate vacuum degree, Long service life
5. When the suction contains vapors, particles, and corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment can be installed at the air inlet
Principle
The rotary vane Vacuumpump removes gas from the sealing container through swirl/spin blades to achieve a vacuum environment. Equipped with a gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water, and an automatic anti-return oil check valve ensures the normal operation of the pump.
Applications
Vacuum drying, freeze drying, Vacuum degassing, Vacuum Encasement, Vacuum chuck, Vacuum forming, Coating, Food Encasement, Printing, Sputtering, Vacuum casting, Instrument, Instrument matching, refrigerator, air conditioning line and laboratory etc
Steps
1. Check whether the device connection is intact
2. Connect the 380V power supply
3. Start the Vacuumpump and start the pumping operation
4. If special gas needs to be pumped, install corresponding auxiliary equipment at the air inlet
5. Turn off the power after the job is completed
Notice
● When the suction contains steam, particles, corrosive gases, condensers, dust collectors and other auxiliary equipment must be installed at the intake of the pump
Regularly check the pump oil status to ensure the normal operation of the gas ballast valve
Pay attention to the noise level of the equipment during operation to ensure that it is within the range of 70dB (A)
Keep the equipment clean to prevent foreign objects from entering the pump body
