Overview
HUXI 2XZ-25B rotary vane Vacuumpump is a basic equipment used to remove gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump and titanium pump. The pump has the characteristics of high pumping efficiency, high Ultimate vacuum degree and long service life.
Features
1. Prepare a special designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
2. Equipped with automatic anti-return oil check valve
3. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface
4. High extraction efficiency, Ultimate vacuum degree, Long service life
5. When the suction contains steam, particles and corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment such as condensers and dust collectors can be installed at the air inlet
Principle
Vacuum pump through swirl/spin vane in the pump cavity to form a continuous change of volume, to achieve the gas in the sealing container extraction, to achieve the required Vacuum Level.

Steps
1. Check whether the pump body and connecting parts are in good condition
2. Connect the power supply (380V)
3. Install auxiliary equipment as required (e.g. when pumping gases containing vapors, particles, or corrosive gases)
4. Start the pump for pumping operation
5. Turn off the device as required after use
Notice
• When pumping gases containing steam, particles, and corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment such as condensers and dust collectors must be installed at the air inlet of the pump
• Regularly check the pump oil status to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water
• Power frequency is 380V
• Note that the operating noise of the equipment is controlled within 74dB (A)
• Pay attention to the net weight of the equipment when handling 70Kg
