Overview

Principle
The stainless steel ball mill tank as a planetary Ball mill grinding container, by loading the grinding ball and the sample to be ground, under the action of high-speed swirl/spin and revolution of the Ball mill, the grinding ball in the tank and the sample are violently impacted, rubbed and shearing, so as to achieve the sample crushing, mixing or homogenizing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) and ball material (304 stainless steel) according to the sample characteristics.
2. The sample to be ground and the grinding ball are loaded into the ball mill tank in proportion.
3. Make sure that the sealing cover of the ball mill can is tight to prevent leakage.
4. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
5. Set the appropriate Ball mill Rotation speed and grinding time.
6. Start Ball mill for grinding.
7. After grinding, take out the ball mill tank, open the sealing cover, and separate the grinding ball from the sample.
Notice
* The 304 stainless steel ball mill tank will cause certain pollution to the sample during the grinding process, which is suitable for hard, Tack liquid, brittle powder system samples that are not strict on the purity of the sample.
* Temperature range is -100~ 300 ℃, do not exceed this Temperature range.
* Please select the appropriate grinding ball size and ratio according to the sample characteristics.
* When loading samples and grinding balls, do not exceed the maximum volume of the tank (1L).
* Please ensure that the ball mill tank is well sealed before operation to prevent material leakage during grinding.
* After the grinding is completed, please clean the ball mill tank in time to maintain its performance and prolong its service life.
