Overview
The vertical 304 stainless steel ball mill tank is used in planetary Ball mill series products. It is made of national standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel through multi-channel processing of precision lathe. The inner and outer surfaces and edges are polished and have the characteristics of flat, Gloss, thick and durable. The product has strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-sinking, anti-sticking and other characteristics, and is one of the more commonly used grinding accessories in laboratory planetary Ball mills.
Features
1. The material is 304 stainless steel, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high Hardness.
2. Strong crushing ability, short grinding time and good grinding effect.
3. Low price.
4. Suitable for dry grinding and wet grinding.
5. Adopt vertical structure, with sealing function.
Principle
The stainless steel ball mill tank as a planetary Ball mill grinding container, by loading the grinding ball and the material to be ground, under the action of high-speed swirl/spin and revolution of the Ball mill, the impact between the grinding ball and the tank wall and the material, friction and shear force, to achieve crushing, mixing and grinding of the material.
Applications
Electronics, materials, machinery, chemicals, ceramics, cement, paints, graphite, dyestuff, coatings, Glass, iron powder, aluminum powder, aluminum oxide, Calcium Carbonate, calcium hydroxide
Standards
National standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel
Steps
1. According to the grinding needs, select the appropriate size of the grinding ball into the tank.
2. Add the material to be ground to the ball milling tank.
3. If wet grinding is required, add an appropriate amount of grinding medium (such as solvent).
4. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed.
5. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
6. Rotation speed, time and other parameters of the Ball mill are set and the equipment is started to grind.
7. After grinding, take out the ball mill tank and open the lid to collect the ground sample.
Notice
• The stainless steel ball mill tank will pollute the sample when grinding, and is suitable for hard, Tack liquid, brittle powder system samples that do not have strict requirements on sample purity.
• Temperature range is -100 ℃ to 300 ℃, do not use beyond this Temperature range.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) according to the material characteristics and grinding requirements.
• Before operation, please ensure that the tank and sealing parts are in good condition and firmly installed to prevent leakage or peeling during high-speed operation.
• Regularly check the tank for abrasion.
