Overview
The vertical 304 stainless steel ball mill tank is used in planetary Ball mill series products. It is made of national standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel through multi-channel processing of precision lathe. The inner and outer surfaces and edges are polished, which has the characteristics of flat, Gloss, thick and durable, and has strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-sinking and anti-sticking. 304 stainless steel ball mill tank is one of the more commonly used grinding accessories for laboratory planetary Ball mills.
Features
1. Made of 304 stainless steel, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high Hardness.
2. Strong crushing ability, short grinding time and good grinding effect.
3. Low price.
4. Suitable for hard, Tack liquid, brittle but not strict requirements on the purity of the sample powder system.
Principle
This product is a supporting grinding container for the planetary Ball mill. When working, the ball mill tank rotates with the main axis of the planetary Ball mill, and the tank body rotates itself. The grinding ball in the tank produces strong impact, extrusion and friction in high-speed motion, so as to realize the crushing and mixing of the materials in the tank.
Applications
Electronics, materials, machinery, chemicals, ceramics, cement, paints, graphite, dyestuff, coatings, Glass, iron powder, aluminum powder, aluminum oxide, Calcium Carbonate, calcium hydroxide
Standards
National standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel
Steps
1. According to the grinding needs, select the appropriate size of the grinding ball into the tank.
2. Put the material to be ground into the tank, and note that the total volume of the material and the grinding ball does not exceed the maximum volume of the tank.
3. Cover the can tightly and ensure sealing.
4. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill and fix it.
5. Rotation speed and running time of Ball mill.
6. Start Ball mill for grinding.
7. After grinding, close the equipment and take out the ball mill tank.
8. Open the lid and separate the grinding ball from the ground sample.
Notice
The tank will cause certain pollution to the sample and is not suitable for sample preparation with strict requirements on sample purity.
• Temperature range is -100 ℃ to 300 ℃, do not use beyond the range.
• When loading, the total volume of the material and the grinding ball should not exceed the maximum volume of the tank (10L).
• Please check whether the tank and sealing parts are in good condition before use to ensure sealing.
• After the grinding is completed, please clean the inside of the tank in time to prevent the material from residual corrosion or sticking.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) and grinding method (dry grinding/wet grinding) according to the material characteristics (such as Hardness, Brittleness, Tack).
