Overview
The vertical 304 stainless steel ball mill tank is used in planetary Ball mill series products. It is made of national standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel through multi-channel processing of precision lathe. The inner and outer surfaces and edges are polished and have the characteristics of flat, Gloss, thick and durable. The product has strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-sinking, anti-sticking and other characteristics, and is one of the more commonly used grinding accessories in laboratory planetary Ball mills.
Features
1. Made of 304 stainless steel, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high Hardness.
2. Strong crushing ability, short grinding time and good grinding effect.
3. Low price, suitable for powder system samples that do not require strict sample purity.
4. The inner and outer surfaces and edges are polished to be flat, Gloss, thick and durable.
5. With corrosion resistance, anti-sinking, anti-sticking and other characteristics.
Principle
The stainless steel ball mill tank is used as a grinding container of the planetary Ball mill, by loading the grinding ball and the sample to be pulverized, under the high-speed planetary revolution and rotation motion of the Ball mill, the impact between the grinding ball and the tank wall and the grinding ball is utilized., extrusion and friction to achieve pulverization, mixing and grinding of the sample.
Applications
Electronics, materials, machinery, chemicals, ceramics, cement, paints, graphite, dyestuff, coatings, Glass, iron powder, aluminum powder, aluminum oxide, Calcium Carbonate, calcium hydroxide
Standards
The material meets the national standard 06Cr19Ni10 standard
Steps
1. Choose the dry or wet grinding method according to the characteristics of the sample.
2. Choose the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) and ball material (304 stainless steel) according to the grinding needs.
3. Put the sample to be ground and the grinding ball into the stainless steel ball mill tank.
4. Make sure the lid is well sealed.
5. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
6. Set the appropriate grinding time and Rotation speed, start the equipment to grind.
Notice
• The 304 stainless steel ball mill tank may cause certain pollution to the sample during the grinding process, and is suitable for powder system samples that do not have strict requirements on sample purity.
• Tack liquid, brittle samples for grinding.
• Temperature range is -100 ℃ to 300 ℃, do not exceed this range.
• Please ensure that the tank is well sealed to prevent sample leakage during grinding.
• After the grinding is completed, please clean the tank and grinding ball in time and keep drying.
