DECO DECO-304-V-20L stainless steel ball mill tank is a vertical grinding accessory used in planetary Ball mills. The product is made of national standard 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel through multi-channel precision processing, the inner and outer surfaces and edges have been polished, with flat, Gloss, heavy and durable characteristics, and has corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-sinking, anti-sticking and other characteristics. It is one of the more commonly used grinding accessories in laboratory planetary Ball mills.

Principle
The stainless steel ball mill tank as a planetary Ball mill grinding container, when the equipment is running, by high-speed swirl/spin and impact tank and the grinding ball, the material in the tank is pulverized, mixed, ground, to achieve the preparation of the sample.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be ground and the grinding ball of the corresponding specification into the tank.
2. Choose the dry or wet grinding method according to the characteristics of the sample.
3. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill and seal it.
4. Set the running parameters of the Ball mill (such as Rotation speed, time).
5. Start the device to grind.
6. After grinding, turn off the equipment and take out the sample in the tank.
Notice
The tank will cause certain pollution to the sample and is not suitable for sample preparation with strict requirements on sample purity.
• Temperature range is -100 ℃ to 300 ℃, do not use beyond the range.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) according to the sample characteristics and grinding requirements.
• Please ensure that the tank is firmly installed and well sealed during operation.
• Pay attention to regularly check the abrasion of the tank and grinding ball.
