Overview
DECO-PA-V-0.25L is a PA6 nylon ball grinding tank launched by DECO. The product is made of high-purity PA6 nylon rod by precision machining, the inner wall is smooth and flat, thick and hard, with good Abrasion Resistance and rapid pulverization effect. It can be used with zirconia grinding balls to ensure sample purity, durable and suitable for a wide range of Sample types. It is a common grinding accessory for laboratory powder system samples.

Principle
The ball mill tank is a special accessory for the planetary Ball mill. When the planetary Ball mill runs at high speed, the grinding ball in the tank, the material and the tank wall generate intense energy due to friction, impact and shear. The ball mill tank is used as a container to provide grinding space, and this energy is used to achieve a good crushing effect for the sample.

Steps
1. Put the grinding ball and the sample to be ground into the ball mill tank.
2. Sealing the ball mill can.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the planetary ball mill.
4. Start the planetary Ball mill for grinding.

• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-50mm) according to the sample characteristics.
• This product is suitable for dry grinding and wet grinding.
• Temperature range is -20 ℃ to 100 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• The product is acid and alkali resistant, but it is recommended to clean it in time after use.
• Please make sure that the ball mill tank is properly sealed and installed during operation.
