DECO DECO-ALO-V-5L aluminum oxide (corundum) ceramic ball mill tank is the carrier in the grinding application of planetary Ball mill samples, and works well with aluminum oxide balls. The product has the characteristics of high Hardness, Impact Resistance, Strong Acid and Alkali Resistance, Various Solvents Resistance, Wear Resistance, No Pollution Sample, Long Service Life, High Grinding Efficiency.

Principle
This product acts as a grinding container for a planetary Ball mill. By loading samples and grinding balls (such as aluminum oxide balls), under the action of the high-speed swirl/spin and revolution of the Ball mill, the impact, friction and shear force of the grinding balls are used to realize the crushing, mixing or grinding of the samples.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be ground and an appropriate amount of grinding balls (such as aluminum oxide balls) into the ball mill tank.
2. Make sure the seal is tight.
3. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
4. Rotation speed, time and other parameters of the Ball mill are set according to the sample characteristics.
5. Start Ball mill for grinding.
6. After grinding, close the equipment and take out the ball mill tank.
7. Open the lid and remove the sample after grinding.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the ball mill tank and lid are in good condition to ensure that there is no crazing.
• When loading samples and grinding balls, the total loading should not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume.
• Make sure the lid is well sealed to prevent sample leakage.
• Choose the appropriate grinding ball material and size according to the nature of the sample.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not approach or touch the moving parts.
• Clean the inside of the tank in time after use and keep it drying.
• Avoid violent collisions or falls from heights to prevent damage.
Do not use for strong corrosion substances beyond their chemical resistance.
