Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides grinding space for the sample preparation of the planetary Ball mill, and needs to be used with the grinding ball. When the sample and the ball mill medium continue to rub and collide in the ball mill tank, the intense energy generated can homogenize, crush and mix the sample, so as to achieve the grinding purpose required by the experiment.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be ground and an appropriate amount of grinding balls into the ball mill tank.
2. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed.
3. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
4. Set the appropriate grinding time and Rotation speed according to the sample characteristics.
5. Start Ball mill for grinding.
6. After grinding, take out the ball mill can, open the can lid, and take out the sample and grinding ball.
7. Clean the ball mill tank for next use.

• Do not exceed the maximum volume (0.1L) and Temperature range (-180 ℃ to 250 ℃) of the product.
• When grinding strong acid, strong alkali and other corrosion samples, it should be thoroughly cleaned in time after operation.
• When installed on the ball mill, ensure symmetrical equilibrating to avoid severe vibration when the machine is running.
• When cleaning, it is recommended to use a mild cleaning agent to avoid scratching the inner wall with hard brushes.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-40mm) according to the sample Hardness.
