Overview
DECO-PFET-V-1L PTFE ball mill tank is made of PTFE material known as "Plastic King". The product has excellent Chemical Stability, Abrasion Resistance, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication Tack, electrical insulation and Aging Resistance, and can work stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of -180 ° C to 250 ° C. Its material is soft in steel and has low abrasion. It effectively crushes the material while ensuring that it does not cause contamination or damage to the sample.
Features
1. The material is safe and harmless, and can achieve pollution-free grinding.
2. It has good self-lubrication, the ground is not sticky and easy to clean.
3. Hard and wear-resistant, stable chemical performance, suitable for strong acid and alkaline samples.
4. Anti-cracking and Impact resistance at low temperatures, maintaining good Hardness and Abrasion Resistance at high temperatures of about 200 degrees Celsius.
Principle
The ball mill tank is a container for sample preparation in a planetary Ball mill, which needs to be used with the grinding ball. During work, the sample and the grinding ball are constantly rubbed and collided in the tank, and the intense energy generated makes the sample homogenized, crushed and mixed, so as to achieve the grinding purpose required by the experiment.
Applications
Chemical, machinery, electronics, aviation, materials, environmental protection, beauty, construction
Standards
Material purity 99.8%
Steps
1. Put the sample and an appropriate amount of grinding balls into the ball mill tank.
2. Cover the can tightly and ensure sealing.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the planetary ball mill.
4. Set the appropriate grinding parameters (such as Rotation speed, time) according to the sample characteristics.
5. Start Ball mill for grinding.
6. After grinding, remove the ball mill tank, open and collect the processed samples.
Notice
• Please check whether the ball mill tank and sealing parts are in good condition before use.
• Do not exceed the Temperature range indicated by the product (-180 ℃ to 250 ℃).
• The total amount of loaded samples and grinding balls is recommended not to exceed two-thirds of the tank volume.
• Grind strong acid and alkaline samples should be thoroughly cleaned in time.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-40mm) according to the sample Hardness.
• Make sure the lid is tightened to prevent leakage during grinding.
• Avoid scraping the inner wall with sharp tools when cleaning.
