Overview
DECO-PFET-V-1.5L PTFE ball mill tank is made of PTFE material known as "Plastic King". The product has excellent Chemical Stability, Abrasion Resistance, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication Tack, electrical insulation and Aging Resistance ability, and can work stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of -180 ° C to 250 ° C. Its material is soft in steel and has low abrasion. While effectively crushing the material, it ensures that the sample does not cause contamination or damage.
Features
1. The material has excellent self-lubrication, the ground is not sticky, and it is easy to clean after grinding.
2. The material is safe and harmless, and can achieve non-polluting ground.
3. Hard and wear-resistant, with a long service life.
4. Stable chemical performance, can be used for grinding strong acid and strong alkaline samples.
5. Anti-cracking and Impact Resistance at low temperatures, maintaining good Hardness and Abrasion Resistance at high temperatures of about 200 degrees Celsius.
Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides grinding space when the planetary Ball mill is preparing samples, and it needs to be used with the grinding ball. When working, the sample and the grinding ball move at high speed in the tank, constantly friction and collision, generating intense energy, so as to realize the homogenization, crushing and mixing of the sample to meet the experimental requirements.
Applications
Chemical, machinery, electronics, aviation, materials, environmental protection, beauty, construction
Standards
Material purity: 99.8%, structure: 0.01%, sealing: 0.11
Steps
1. Put the sample to be ground and an appropriate amount of grinding balls into the ball mill tank.
2. Cover the lid tightly to ensure good sealing.
3. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
4. According to the sample characteristics and experimental requirements, set the appropriate grinding time and Rotation speed.
5. Start Ball mill for grinding.
6. After grinding, take out the ball mill tank, open the lid, and take out the sample and grinding ball.
7. Clean the ball mill tank after use.
Notice
• Please check whether the tank and sealing parts are in good condition before use.
• Do not exceed the product standard Temperature range (-180 ℃ to 250 ℃).
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-40mm) and grinding method (dry grinding/wet grinding) according to the nature of the sample.
• The filling sample volume should not exceed the tank volume limit and ensure reliable sealing.
• When cleaning, take advantage of its non-stick properties and use a gentle cleaning method.
• Do not use in scenarios other than for product design purposes.
