Overview
DECO-PFET-V-2.5L PFET PTFE ball mill tank is made of PTFE material known as "Plastic King". The ball mill tank has excellent Chemical Stability, Abrasion Resistance, Corrosion Resistance, Sealing, High Lubrication Tack, Electrical Insulation and Aging Resistance, and can work stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of -180 ° C to 250 ° C. Its material is soft in steel and has low abrasion, which can effectively crush the material while ensuring no contamination or damage to the sample.
Features
1. The material has excellent self-lubrication, the ground is not sticky, and it is easy to clean after grinding.
2. The material is safe and harmless, and can achieve non-polluting ground.
3. Hard and wear-resistant, with a long service life.
4. Stable chemical performance, can be used for grinding strong acid and strong alkaline samples.
5. Anti-cracking and Impact Resistance at low temperatures, maintaining good Hardness and Abrasion Resistance at temperatures of about 200 degrees Celsius.
Principle
The ball mill tank is a container for sample preparation in a planetary Ball mill, which needs to be used with the grinding ball. When working, the sample and the grinding ball move at high speed in the tank, generating intense energy through continuous friction and collision, so as to realize the homogenization, crushing and mixing of the sample to meet the experimental requirements.
Applications
Chemical, machinery, electronics, aviation, materials, environmental protection, beauty, construction
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, put an appropriate amount of samples and grinding balls into the PTFE ball mill tank.
2. Ensure that the lid is tightly sealed to prevent sample leakage.
3. Install the ball mill tank correctly to the corresponding station of the planetary Ball mill.
4. Set the required Rotation speed, time and other parameters of the Ball mill.
5. Start Ball mill for grinding.
6. After grinding, take out the ball mill can, open the can lid, and take out the sample after grinding.
7. Utilize the non-stick properties of polytetrafluoroethylene material to easily clean the ball mill tank.
Notice
• Please check whether the ball mill tank and sealing parts are in good condition before use to ensure that there is no crazing or damage.
• The total amount of loaded samples and grinding balls should not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume to ensure adequate grinding space and effectiveness.
• Do not operate beyond the Temperature range indicated on the product (-180 ° C to 250 ° C).
• After grinding strong acid, strong alkali and other corrosion samples, it should be thoroughly cleaned in time. Although the material is resistant to corrosion, long-term residues may affect subsequent use.
When installing on the ball mill, ensure that the tank is fixed smoothly and symmetrically to avoid violent vibration during operation.
• Avoid scraping the inner wall with sharp metal tools when cleaning to prevent scratches.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball size (3-40mm) according to the specifications.
