Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides sample development space for the planetary Ball mill, which needs to be used with the grinding ball. The sample and the ball mill medium generate intense energy through continuous friction and collision in the tank, so as to realize the homogenization, crushing and mixing of the sample to meet the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. According to sample characteristics and grinding requirements, choose resilience or rigid polyurethane ball milling tank.
2. Put the sample to be ground and the appropriate size (3-40mm) grinding ball (such as zirconia ball) into the tank.
3. Cover the can and ensure sealing.
4. Install the ball mill tank on the planetary ball mill.
5. Set the grinding parameters (such as Rotation speed and time) according to the experimental requirements, and start the equipment for dry or wet grinding.
6. After grinding, remove the sample for subsequent processing or analysis.

• Please select the appropriate polyurethane tank type (resilience or rigidity) based on sample characteristics and grinding requirements (e.g. dry or wet grinding).
• Please make sure to use the grinding ball with specifications in the range of 3-40mm, and it is recommended to use the matching zirconia grinding ball.
• When using, make sure that the lid is well sealed to prevent sample leakage.
• Please note that the Temperature range of the product is -40 to 140 ℃, do not use at temperatures beyond this range.
• Do not use in conditions that exceed the limits of its physical performance (e.g. tensile strength, Tear strength).
