Overview
DECO-PU-V-1L is a PU polyurethane ball milling tank produced by DECO with a volume of 1L. The product is made of resilience or rigid polyurethane material, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, safety and harmless. Hardness types can be selected according to application requirements.

Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides sample development space for the planetary Ball mill. When working, the sample and the grinding ball are put into the tank, and the Ball mill drives the ball mill tank to move, so that the sample and the grinding medium continue to rub and collide in the tank, generating intense energy, so as to realize the homogenization, crushing and mixing of the sample to meet the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. According to the nature of the sample and grinding requirements, choose dry grinding or wet grinding method.
2. Put the sample to be treated and the suitable size (3-40mm) grinding ball (recommended zirconia material) into the ball milling tank.
3. Make sure the lid is sealed.
4. Install the ball mill tank on the planetary ball mill.
5. Set the Ball mill parameters and start the equipment for grinding.
6. After grinding, close the equipment, take out the ball mill tank and open it to collect the processed samples.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the ball mill tank and sealing parts are in good condition to ensure sealing.
• Please select the appropriate grinding ball material and specifications according to the sample characteristics and grinding requirements.
• When filling samples and grinding balls, the total amount should not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume to ensure effective grinding space.
• Temperature range of this product is -40 ℃ to 140 ℃, do not use in an environment beyond this range.
• When cleaning, please use a suitable cleaning agent to avoid scratching the inner wall with sharp tools.
• Do not use for grinding substances with strong reactivity or beyond the corrosion resistance range of the product.
