DECO PU polyurethane ball milling tank (model: DECO-PU-V-1.5L) is made of resilience polyurethane and rigid polyurethane materials, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, safe and harmless, and can be selected according to the application requirements.
Features
1. The material is PU polyurethane, the performance is between rubber and plastic, it is an orange-yellow resilience body, with high transparency.
2. It has the advantages of high strength and Hardness, wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, tear resistance and good flowability.
3. Acid and alkali resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, wide Temperature range (-40 to 140 ℃).
4. Low brittle temperature (-55 ℃), tensile strength ≥ 2.3MPa, fracture elongation 600%, Tear strength 14N/mm.
5. Support dry grinding and wet grinding two grinding methods, good sealing and impermeable.
6. The maximum volume is 1.5L, the structure is vertical, suitable for 3-40mm grinding ball (recommended ball material is zirconia).
Principle
