Overview
DECO agate ball milling tank (model: DECO-SIO-V-0.25L) is made of natural agate material, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, safe and harmless. This product is suitable for planetary Ball milling, providing an ideal space for sample grinding, and supports dry grinding and wet grinding methods.
Features
1. The material is natural agate, the main component is SiO2, the purity is 98.50%, and the grade is first-class.
2. Has high Hardness (7.5) and Abrasion Resistance (abrasion < 0.0001cm ³/1.6km).
3. Acid and alkali resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance (Temperature range 0-80 ℃), stable performance.
4. Good sealing, can prevent sample contamination or leakage.
5. Color variety (red, white, yellow, purple, green, gray, brown, black, etc.), translucent, waxy Gloss.
6. The maximum volume is 0.25L, the structure is vertical, suitable for 5-30mm agate grinding ball.
Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides a research space for the sample preparation of the planetary Ball mill, and is used with the grinding ball. When the sample and the ball mill medium are constantly rubbed and collided in the ball mill tank, the intense energy generated will homogenize, crush and mix the sample to meet the purpose of experimental requirements.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and an appropriate amount of agate grinding balls (size 5-30mm) according to grinding requirements (dry grinding or wet grinding).
2. Put the sample and grinding ball into the agate ball mill tank.
3. Make sure that the sealing cover of the ball mill can is tight to prevent leakage.
4. Install the ball mill tank with the sample installed on the planetary ball mill.
5. Set the appropriate grinding time, Rotation speed and other parameters to start the equipment for grinding.
6. After grinding, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and open it carefully to collect the processed samples.

• Temperature range is 0-80 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• Please ensure that the ball mill tank is well sealed to prevent sample contamination or medium leakage.
• The suitable grinding ball material is agate, and the specifications are recommended to be selected within the range of 5-30mm.
